o 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager in a software development environment with multiple SAFe Agile teams.
o 2+ years managing and delivering Observability/SRE/DEVOps products using open-source frameworks, monitoring tools, and technologies.
o Experience with project budgeting and reporting.
· Certifications:
o SAFe and/or Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
o PMP Certification is a plus.
· Agile Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Agile practices, SCRUM, Test Driven Development, SAFe, XP, and Kanban.
