Hands-on AEM Experience: Extensive experience programming in Web Technologies including JSP, JavaScript, XML, XPATH, AJAX, JQuery, Adobe APIs, Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, and Apache Web Server.
Java Expertise: Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, and HTL/Sightly skills, combined with a strong grasp of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring.
AEM Implementation Experience: Proven experience with end-to-end AEM implementations, including AEM as a Cloud Service.
Solution Architecture: Experience architecting and implementing Adobe solutions, ensuring the best practices are followed.
Component and Asset Management: Strong skills in defining component structures, managing path management, vanity URLs, dynamic media, tag management, and asset management within AEM.
Strong Frontend Development Skills: Solid understanding of UX, web components, and strong frontend development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks.
SDLC Methodologies: Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and SCRUM.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
