User Engagement: Provide hands-on support to business users, ensuring their needs are addressed through effective case management, user support, and troubleshooting. Conduct training and onboarding sessions to promote feature adoption.
Salesforce Configuration: Manage and configure Salesforce features such as Page Layouts, Lightning Pages, Profiles, Permission Sets, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Objects, and more to meet business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Capture and document business requirements from working sessions with stakeholders, and transform them into actionable user stories. Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date documentation.
Platform Optimization: Identify opportunities for platform improvements and ensure the Salesforce instance is optimized for business needs. Research and stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and releases.
Data Management & Compliance: Oversee data quality, user permissions, and compliance activities. Support bulk data updates and maintain data integrity.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct QA testing for new features and system updates. Ensure that new releases are stable and meet business requirements before full deployment.
