Minimum 10+ year overall experience in data integration/architecture and Azure cloud

Minimum 5+ years extensive experience in Databricks, including dynamic transformation

Prior experience with Snowflake, Prefect/Python, and Kafka would be great

Strong in soft skills and senior level communication

Capable of leading and delegating to large group of developers, providing some amount of initial handholding as required
