JOB DETAIL

• Proven experience in data science, with a focus on healthcare analytics and business intelligence.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in complex data analysis, demand, capacity, and performance modelling.

• Experience in health informatics

• Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Passion for delivering sustainable results and making a real difference in healthcare outcomes.

• A strong work ethic and values-driven approach to projects that offer lasting value and impact.

• Prior experience working on high-profile projects within the HLS, including theatre (OR) capacity management and COVID-19 impact assessments.

• Experience leading analytical and modelling efforts for cancer pathways and workforce needs, ideally in collaboration with cancer alliances or similar organizations.

General

• Demonstrated ability to deliver successful transformation programs across a variety of healthcare systems and providers

• Analysis and problem solving – strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and able to translate personal experience and knowledge into approaches and solutions to client problems

• Project management – able to work within formal project and change management disciplines, excellent attention to detail to ensure the high quality of work stream outputs

• Communication - aptitude to engage and influence client staff while ensuring clarity and impact, in both verbal and written communication

• Effective teamwork - able to work effectively as part of a team and, on occasions, lead a small team, knowing when and how to contribute specialist input for maximum impact

• Stakeholder Management – capable of building strong, expertise and trust-based relationships with trust staff and through this drive tangible improvements in productivity
