Strong communication skills are a must-have for this position.

The scope of the proposed services will include, but is not limited to the following:

· Support resource for data migration and conversion activities.

· Documenting business processes and requirements around data conversion approaches.

· Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including implementing stories. and process flows.

· Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting those results.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory :

· Four (4) years experience in data migration, cleansing and conversion projects.

· Three (3) years experience in data analysis using SQL queries to assist with the technical design effort, data cleansing effort and resolution of bugs/defects.

· Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.

· Ability to create complex SQL queries.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

· Experience with Corrections processes.

· Ability to understand complex business problems.

· Understanding of data conversion challenges and troubleshoot issues.

· Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and legacy systems.

· Understanding of database platforms and database design.
