Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
Solid background in configuration management, incident management, and change management
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (SOAP, REST APIs)
Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation
