· 15-25 years' experience in SAP Controlling
· Strong experience in SAP Controlling in S4 Hana, multiple end to end projects where they were involved from the planning and design phase to completion
· Strong SAP Financial mapping experience
· Experience integrating SAP Financial Applications, specifically CO into Product Costing, TM, and Variant Configuration
· Experience with integration into 3rd party applications such as Workday, ADP, GetPaid, payment cards
· Understanding of margin analysis in cost center /profit center and margin analysis
· Configuration experience to relay design to configuration team/development team
· Discrete manufacturing experience
· Lift and Shift process experience
· Strong leadership and communication skills
