Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses
At least 10 years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership with proven record of success
PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification
Previous experience with Organizational Change Managementing, including Prosci, CCMP, or similar qualification a plus
Previous project experience with Oracle Fusion is required: manufacturing, supply chain, and finance are preferred areas of knowledge.
Able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsors
Skilled in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams through executives
Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall
Experienced in balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities
Skilled in identifying client training requirements and customizing training content as needed
Excellent communication skills across multiple timezones, countries and cultures required
