Mainframe Developer

Minimum 8-9 years of experience in Mainframe technology
Mainframe COBOL/JCL/VSAM/IDMS/ADSO
STRONG knowledge in IDMS(database) and ADSO(online)
Good understanding of database structure like schema etc.
Should be able to analyze by looking ADSO dialogs/process/Maps etc. Also able to make changes/new codes as well in ADSO online
Should be aware about various tools used in mainframe idms/adso. for e.g. OLQ, DMLO, ADSC, MAPC, IDD, IDDM etc.
Should be good in analyzing the flow(Input & Output) of mainframe job/program and document them as well as deliverables
Should be able to backtrack the job/programs to find the root cause of issue
