 Configure SAP PP module to meet business requirements, including discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing.? Set up and manage master data, such as material masters, BOMs, work centers, and routings.? Design and implement production processes including MRP, capacity planning, and production order management.? Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document current production planning processes.? Identify inefficiencies and recommend SAP PP solutions to streamline operations.? Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), QM (Quality Management), and CO (Controlling) modules.? Work on data consistency between SAP and other third-party systems as needed.? Coordinate with project teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.? Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues related to SAP PP functionality.? Develop and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.? Develop and utilize SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP Standard Reports, custom reports) to provide insights into production efficiency and inventory levels.? Monitor production KPIs and support decision-making with actionable data.
