JOB DETAIL

  • Project Initiation: Lead project kick-off and inception activities, setting a strong foundation for success.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive and align teams in support of key product initiatives by working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, DevOps, and QA.
  • Roadmap Development: Partner with Product Management to create viable roadmaps for platforms and capabilities, enabling the full potential of each product.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate project development from initiation to release using Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC principles.
  • Release Planning: Collaborate with business units to prioritize, plan, and complete development schedules for major product releases.
  • Agile Methodology: Demonstrate proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with an understanding of Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD).
  • Team Metrics: Monitor and manage team velocity, financials, and other key metrics to ensure progress aligns with goals.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate impediments, risks, and issues to maintain momentum in product development.
  • Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and team members.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver formal presentations, training, and executive-level updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
