JOB DETAIL

Over 8-10+ years of IT experience with a minimum 3 years of professional experience with the Salesforce eco-system

3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position

At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform

Strong understanding of Salesforce infrastructure, security and related cloud technologies

Extensive development experience with Salesforce development technologies; security, process builder, flow, workflow, APEX, Visual Force, Lightning, Community, Workflows, Triggers, API, SOSL, SOQL, REST, App builder

Experience in HTML, XML, JavaScript, Java, relational databases, SQL, ETL tools, etc.

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Administrator

Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud) preferred. (1.)

To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

 To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussion so review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations.

To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
