JOB DETAIL

 Strategic Planning & Coordination

•             Facilitate and coordinate the process for defining annual objectives and strategic priorities.

•             Drive tactical planning processes and develop performance/impact measurement programs.

•             Track project milestones and program progress in collaboration with project owners and key stakeholders.

 Budget Management

•             Lead annual budget planning at product/disease area levels.

•             Manage monthly budget updates and forecasts, ensuring project spending aligns with forecasts (+/- 1%).

️ Operational Excellence

•             Support medical team meetings (e.g., Medical Tactical Team, Leadership Team Meetings, etc.).

•             Develop meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and distribute materials to stakeholders.

•             Create meeting content/slides and gather pre-read materials with input from leadership.

•             Oversee project logistics, event organization, and management of risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

 Documentation & Compliance

•             Provide support for ACBP, P3 submissions, and responses to audit requests.

•             Develop content/documents/deliverables for project execution and senior leadership communications.

 Project Support

•             Offer project and contract management support for tactical plans like Advisory Boards, Preceptorships, and meetings.

•             Proven experience in Medical Affairs and project management.

•             Expertise in managing budgets, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication.

•             Strong organizational skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
