BS/BA in GIS, Geography, Cartography, Computer Science, or other related field with/ GIS experience.
Proven Experience in GIS and GIS bases Application Development
Prior experience with LRS working knowledge and experience with ESRI Roads & Highways or other similar systems is a plus
Experience in Reporting Tools such as Power BI is strongly desired.
Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, design, development, and debugging skills
