JOB DETAIL

Lead and support the migration of SAP LE processes (TM and WM) from multiple legacy systems to SAP ECC. Collaborate with the project team to develop and execute a clear migration strategy and timeline.
Analyze existing logistics execution processes and document current state workflows. Map these processes to customer's global design model, identifying gaps and suggesting optimizations for the migration to the new system.
Work closely with the data migration team to migrate logistics-related data (e.g., warehouse data, shipping information, transportation data, stock movements) from legacy systems to SAP. Ensure accurate data mapping, data cleansing, and validation for a seamless migration process.
Configure SAP Logistics Execution (LE) modules, including SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and SAP TM (Transportation Management), to meet business requirements. This includes setting up warehouse structures, material movements, transportation planning, and shipment execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, SD, WM, FICO) to ensure end-to-end integration between SAP LE and other SAP modules. Focus on ensuring data consistency and smooth process flows from procurement through logistics to sales and inventory management.
Lead and support system testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring production planning processes work as intended and data is correctly migrated. Address issues discovered during testing and ensure system readiness for go-live.
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure that the core and power users are equipped to effectively use the new SAP system. Document the migration process, configuration settings, and business processes for future reference.
Provide issue resolution during the migration phase, including troubleshooting system errors, data discrepancies, and process challenges. Ensure that all logistics processes function smoothly post-migration.
Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to communicate progress, identify risks, and address concerns during the migration process.
Support post-go-live activities, including resolving any LE-related issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the successful adoption of the new system.
