•    HCM Knowledge: Not critical. Any strong BSA can learn HCM within 3-6 months. 
•    Cloud Security and Compliance: Must have experience deploying security and compliance solutions, specifically Oracle’s Risk Management Cloud (RMC).  
o    RMC experience in the cloud is critical (on-premise GRC knowledge is nice to have but not as important). 
o    Should be experienced in internal audits, control definitions, building controls and profiles in the cloud. 
•    Hands-On Configuration: The ideal candidate needs to have direct experience configuring RMC, not just high-level exposure. 
•    Techno-functional: The role requires a 50/50 blend of technical and functional expertise. 
•    Vendor Communication: Ability to manage communication with vendors is crucial. 
•    Requirement Documentation: Continuation and upkeep of requirement documentation is expected. 

Team Structure: 
•    ERP Technical Lead 
•    5 BSA’s (handling various aspects such as supply chain, P2P, AP/AR integration, accounts receivable, and general ledger finance) 
•    Project Manager 

Additional Details: 
•    Implementation Role: Looking for someone hands-on in implementation. 
•    Not a Helpdesk Role: They are not looking for someone with only functional support experience. 
•    Goal: Work closely with PwC; the objective is to take over responsibilities from PwC by the end of the release.
