JOB DETAIL

  • Minimum of 10  to 12 + years of experience in implementing and managing CPQ and Entitlement Management Systems  (EMS) (Preferably SAP CPQ and SAP EMS)
  • Strong understanding of CPQ processes such as product configuration, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quoting
  • Experience working with business to identify and document business requirements related to product configuration, pricing, quoting, and discounting processes.
  • Experience working closely with technical/Engineering teams,  to ensure the CPQ and EMS system is well-integrated with other enterprise systems such as CRM /ERP and billing systems.
  • Must have experience with subscription models, software license management, or usage-based billing processes.
  • Experience in integrating CPQ and EMS with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow)
  • Must have experience in defining systems strategy, roadmap, developing process flow diagrams, System interface diagrams , user journeys and stories, developing business and systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions
