JOB DETAIL
SAP PP Expertise: 8-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP module configuration, including:
Master data management (Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings)
Material Requirements Planning (MRP), capacity planning, and production scheduling
Production order creation, processing, and confirmation
Module Integration: Deep understanding of SAP PP integration points with other modules, such as:
MM (Materials Management)
SD (Sales and Distribution)
CO (Controlling)
QM (Quality Management)
SAP PP Advanced Features: Knowledge of new features like Fiori apps for PP, embedded analytics, and advanced MRP.
Business Analysis: Ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP configurations.
Advanced Planning Tools: Familiarity with advanced planning tools like SAP PP/DS or SAP APO.
Reporting: Experience in using reporting tools such as SAP Standard Reports, custom ABAP reports, or BI tools.
Post-Implementation Support: Experience in post-implementation support, including resolving production order issues, monitoring and optimizing MRP runs, and troubleshooting SAP PP errors.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for end-user training and stakeholder presentations.
Process Improvement: Experience analyzing and improving production planning and shop floor processes.
Global Experience: Onsite, offshore working experience.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills.
Self-Direction: Self-directed and capable of working directly with customers independently.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Certification: SAP Certification in Production Planning (PP) is an added advantage.
