Over all 10+ years’ experience is required. 

? Worked on at least 1 or 3 complete SAP projects, setting up and running the SAP PP module.

? Hands-on experience with SAP PP module configuration, including:

? Master data management (Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings).? Material Requirements Planning (MRP), capacity planning, and production scheduling.

? Production order creation, processing, and confirmation.? Deep understanding of SAP PP integration points with other modules, such as:

? MM (Materials Management) for procurement and inventory.

? SD (Sales and Distribution) for demand management and order fulfilment.

? CO (Controlling) for cost tracking and settlement.

? Know how SAP PP connects with other modules like MM (materials), SD (sales), and QM (quality)

? Knowledge of new features like Fiori apps for PP, embedded analytics, and advanced MRP.

? Ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP configurations.

? Familiarity with advanced planning tools like SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) or SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization).

? Experience in using reporting tools such as SAP Standard Reports, custom ABAP reports, or BI tools.

? Experience in post-implementation support, including Resolving production order issues, Monitoring and optimizing MRP runs, Troubleshooting and resolving SAP PP errors in real-time.

? Effective communication skills for end-user training and stakeholder presentations.

? Experience analyzing and improving production planning and shop floor processes.

? Onsite, offshore working experience.
