- 8+ years of expertise in designing SharePoint and web-based content solutions
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance testing
- Working knowledge of AGILE software development methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- SharePoint experience with designing custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types
- Extensive experience with SharePoint Designer or SharePoint Owner roles
- Strong Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps tool suite
- Experience with Balsamiq Wireframes
- Proven experience writing clear and concise technical training materials and other user documentation experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience evaluating business processes and re-engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain business processes to IT users and IT applications to business users.
