Highly experienced in Requirements elicitation and documentation analysis
Hands-on experience with Software Development tools

Knowledge of Client Billing with experience with Azure Dev OPS/ADO-TFS, Visio, eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel) Performs business analysis with minimal guidance and creates requirement deliverables for complex projects.
Elicits and analyses complex business problems and needs.
Stays current on industry best practices, trends, tools, and techniques.
Builds solid relationships with all project stakeholders.
Experience working as a Senior Business Analyst role in a large Project/Program with capability to run smaller projects/programs within those independently, working with a team of BA's and guiding them.
IIBA Certification (Required)
Experience with Agile Business Analysis
Self-driven and eager to learn
Understanding of SAFe methodology
Experience with user story/use case creation.
Ability to facilitate requirements through prototyping, wireframes as needed.
Knowledge of Requirements Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Requirements Management

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience
