- Project/Program Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to support customer development initiatives and related programs.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitation and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding of project requirements and priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates and communication.
- Tool Management and Reporting:
- Use JIRA for task tracking and project management, and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track project performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Customer Development and Process Alignment:
- Drive initiatives related to BRPL – Planner Customer Development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze and refine processes to improve project execution and customer outcomes.
- Problem-Solving and Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Provide solutions to complex challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Team Leadership and Communication:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Explain technical and business concepts clearly to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
