1.Solution Delivery: Lead the delivery of OMS solutions, working closely with architects, the development team, and the integration team.
2.System Development: Develop a system capable of responding to a task within a reasonable time frame.
3.Requirement Analysis: Assist in analyzing solution requirements and breaking down capability components.
4.Experience with IBM Sterling OMS: Must have around 10+ years of experience working with IBM Sterling Order Management System.
5.Deployment Knowledge: Must be very familiar with different deployments of IBM Sterling OMS (On Prem and On cloud).
6.Market Trends: Must be well-versed with architecture trends with an eye on market and future direction.
7.Documentation Skills: Skilled in preparing and presenting technical documents.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Minimum of 10 years of experience with IBM Sterling Order Management System.
•Strong knowledge of different deployments of IBM Sterling OMS (On Prem and On cloud).
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
