1. Minimum 6 years of professional experience in UI development.

2. Expertise in React.js and its core principles.

3. Proficient in Redux for state management.

4. Strong understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

5. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/LESS. 6. Familiarity with ES6+ syntax and features.

7. Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.

8. Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

9. Understanding of cross browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

10. Familiarity with modern front end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

11. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

12. A knack for benchmarking and optimization.

13. Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Bitbucket, Git.

14. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

15. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
