JOB DETAIL

  • Experience:
    • 8 to 14 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong technical background.
    • Hands-on expertise with Java-based back-end technologies and JavaScript-based front-end technologies.
    • Previous experience in solutioning, architecture reviews, and design preparation.
    • Experience as a pre-sales architect is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven ability to develop and implement architecture patterns for complex systems.
    • Strong understanding of creating and interpreting C4 diagrams for system visualization.
    • Hands-on experience conducting PoC coding and aligning it with project objectives.
  • Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to lead technical discussions, provide mentorship, and facilitate collaborative workshops.
  • Adaptability:
    • A keen ability to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into projects.
    • Awareness of industry trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Architecting Excellence:
    • Develop and implement scalable, reliable, secure architecture patterns tailored to project needs.
    • Utilize architecture frameworks and tools to ensure robust designs, adhering to established methodologies.
  • Visualizing Complexity:
    • Create and interpret C4 diagrams to visualize system architecture, including context, containers, and components.
    • Effectively communicate architecture concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders through detailed visual representations.
  • Innovating Solutions:
    • Conduct PoC coding to validate the feasibility and performance of proposed solutions.
    • Collaborate with development teams to align PoCs with project goals and requirements.
  • Leading the Way:
    • Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present architectural solutions.
  • Driving Business Goals:
    • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance architectural capabilities.
  • Documenting for Success:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including system blueprints, technical specifications, and design guidelines.
    • Ensure existing and new systems have up-to-date documentation for seamless understanding and implementation.
