2 - Curious - to learn and explore:
Having technical knowledge is great, and often essential, but even more important than what a tester knows is how a tester thinks. A consistent quality of the best software testers is a curious, inquisitive mind. Testers often are drawn to the career and then excel in their position due to their unflagging curiosity.
3 - Evaluating:
The possibility of failure - where might we go wrong, how can i make them see where this could go wrong - what if? ... what about?
4 - Risk evaluation:
Identifying areas of concern early, developers are able to proactively remediate and reduce the overall risk of a production defect.
5 - Analytical mind:
The ability to separate an item into its basic parts in order to examine the parts and their relationships. It involves thinking in a logical, step-by-step manner to break down a larger system of information into its parts.
