JOB DETAIL

The ideal candidate for this role has 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Provides the project coordination as well as support and assistance in documentation, updating project documents, and communication. Assists in information collection and supports validations. Helps prepare status reports and provide real time updates as tasks are executed by multiple teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be proficient in MS Teams. Experience with cross functional project coordination. Ability to multi task and keep track of open tasks at multiple locations at the same time.
- Expertise with Microsoft excel, word, SharePoint,
- Familiarity with POS hardware/peripherals (MSR/pin pads, tablets, scanners, printers, wiring, LAN ports/network switches) is ideal.
- Previous experience with a POS area related rollout project coordination is a bonus.
- Enough technical knowledge/experience to be able to translate between vendors, IT and pharmacy business team
- Leverage communication tools such as Basecamp and Microsoft teams to engage technical support and monitor progress.
