Overview:

Join the Data Science Enablement squad as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop secure, automated deployment pipelines and enhance MLOps capabilities. The role involves engineering, change management, and mentoring team members in MLOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage secure, automated ML deployment pipelines.

• Train and mentor team members on MLOps tools and processes.

• Implement advanced MLOps capabilities: MLFlow, A/B testing, real-time endpoints, and Model Risk Management automation.

• Balance technical implementation with change management and training.

Experience:

• 3-5+ years in machine learning and MLOps.

• Proven expertise in AWS SageMaker and end-to-end ML model development.

• Familiarity with data integration using IBM DB2, Snowflake, or similar.

• Strong CI/CD pipeline and DevOps tools experience.
