• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with iLink's mission and design philosophy.
• Ensure that the product vision is understood and embraced by the development team.

• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, customers, and end-users.
• Facilitate regular communication between stakeholders and the development team to manage expectations.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and mockups, to hand off to the development team.
• Ensure that deliverables are aligned with the design team's outputs and meet quality standards.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to incorporate user-centric designs into the product.
• Collaborate with the development team during sprints to clarify requirements and accept completed stories.

• Advocate for the end-user by ensuring that the product meets real user needs and provides meaningful experiences.
• Incorporate user feedback and analytics to refine product features.

• Ensure that the product adheres to ethical standards and privacy regulations.
• Avoid implementing dark patterns or deceptive design practices.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance product development.
• Leverage responsible use of AI and emerging technologies to anticipate user needs.
