JOB DETAIL

- Design and implement infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management to meet business requirements.

- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the use of ServiceNow tools and technologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure that all infrastructure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure solutions and processes.

- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve any issues related to ServiceNow applications and infrastructure.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.

- Provide training and support to team members on the use of ServiceNow tools and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of infrastructure solutions.

- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for infrastructure improvements.
