JOB DETAIL

* Creates stories and prioritizes backlog

* Elaborates the user stories with both functional and non-functional acceptance criteria's

* Works w/ Business Analyst and Lead SA in defining business value

* Define Sprint objectives Track progress for Sprint backlog and Sprint objectives

* Resolve priority conflict

* Works w/ Team on Capacity planning & tracking

* Own & facilitates Scrum ceremonies w/ team

* Works with Lead Engineer to identify and manage dependencies and risks for team.

Ensure Sprint artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented.

* Communicate/escalate risks and dependencies to Solution Owner, Solution Lead and Lead S necessary

* Works with Lead Engineer to provide LOE's for initiatives

* Take part in functional testing of Stories Conduct Sprint reviews and retrospectives along with Engineer

* Help Teams in Story grooming and estimates.
