•    5+ years of experience leading both Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams
•    Experience working with Quality, Compliance, or Lab systems in a GxP environment
•    Experienced in leading Scrum teams on technical projects, particularly with system architecture and integration
•    Must be well-versed in removing impediments for development teams
•    Demonstrable experience of Scrum/Kanban frameworks
•    Agile Experience Agile ceremonies metrics
•    Experience planning a Sprint release and Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, and Communication Skills
•    JIRA/Confluence experience
