-       Prior experience in Telcom/ Construction/ design. Experience in Workfront/sitetracker a plus
-       Program creation experience, Microsoft excel experience required
-       3+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a strong understanding of the construction & design process, and implementation of projects, preferably across multiple business groups.
-       Ability to suggest and recommend improvements to existing processes and validation of all build, but with specifics in GPON projects.
-       Understanding of design specifications / symbology for both HFC and GPON networks.
-       Ability to read and understand system maps for both HFC and GPON a plus.  Ensures construction & Design compliance associated with build, plant activation and address release.
-       Proficient use of various workforce management software tools
-       High attention to detail with problem solving mindset
-       Ability to collaborate cross functionally and work independently on tasks to goal
-       New Build & Upgrade/Overbuild Addressing validation to ensure seamless release of builds. 
-       Overbuild- Research of existing accounts/ addresses and validation to Netwin dataset upstream prior to release
-       Newbuild- Oversight & Validation downstream of Expected releases to actual releases for accuracy & timeliness to release
-       Decrease volume related to addresses inconsistencies and delays in address creation and release
-       Individual research of missing components
-       Collaboration & Final Check/ validation of project milestones on new market releases & GTM readiness
