- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware/software lifecycles, SAP MM, FIORI & BTP solutions.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work on multiple and often competing issues at the same time
- Experience managing small to medium sized projects and/or providing a key contributor role on medium to large sized business solution projects
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, ability to drive efforts forward
- Experience in complex business process re-engineering
- Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills; ability to identify areas of risk and develop effective mitigation plans
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, e.g. Functional specification, Solutions assessment matrix, etc.
- Capability to coordinate/facilitate/lead complex technical discussions
- Strong analytical skills
- Some exposure to predictive analytics and dashboarding /reporting.
