We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 5 to 12 years’ experience Python coding, Analytics automation expert, along with Microsoft’s Power Apps , Power Automate and Service now knowledge.

Automations resource

-Support the team develop automations for processes, templates, workflows and analytics to ensure end to end reliability, continuity and consistency of our services to protect. Specifically:

-Develop automations based on analytics to eliminate manual repetitive tasks and allow time for more meaningful work,

-Develop automations based on analytics to implement Role-Based Access Controls,

-Develop code in Python,

-Use DevOps practices,

-Familiarity/Experience with XSOAR is a plus,

-Familiarity with Microsoft’s Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus,

-Familiarity with ServiceNow automations is a nice to have,

-Preferred if they have experience with the Scrum framework and Confluence/JIRA.

-Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization

-Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues

-Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems

-Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools

-Documenting the automation procedures
