JOB DETAIL

•    Support the design, development, and performance of Workday HCM.
•    Collaborate with HR teams to gather user requirements, recommend best practices, and implement solutions.
•    Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams.
•    Analyze data flows and configurations to recommend efficiency enhancements.
•    Troubleshoot and support HR and employee transactions.
•    Modify back-end configurations and support deployment/testing of changes.
•    Lead system processes for Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruitment.
•    Provide training and develop user documentation, including videos.
•    Manage system and UAT testing activities and Workday HCM releases.
•    Monitor system performance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
•    Stay updated with Workday updates and best practices to maximize platform use.
