- Safe Agile /Scrum Master
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
- Any experience with Life Insurance clients, projects will be an added advantage
- 10-12 years of managing teams of size 15-20 members across geographies.
- Must be a task master and proactive in managing tasks.
- Must have experience working with business stakeholders, developers, tech leads and leadership
- Gathering and documenting requirements in JlRA / other online tools for agile.
- Experience in a scrum master role in software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
- Scrum master certification is a plus
- Must have basic understanding with respect to SQL, AVVS Cloud, Databases etc.
