Demonstrated experience in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract
Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials
Keep abreast of IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and make recommendations to keep the Sponsors strategy aligned accordingly
Engage with stakeholders
Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences
Portfolio Management - Monitor and analyze portfolio data and present findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues
Ability to plan and staff a team of 25 individuals to accomplish existing tasks and plan for future tasks
Handle all aspects of the team including staffing, scheduling, work product delivery and personnel issues
