- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM module configuration and customization.

- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Discovery module and its integration with other modules.

- Knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB module and its relationship with other modules.

- Understanding of ITIL processes such as incident management, problem

management, change management, and service catalog management.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required.
