- 10+ years’ experience in software development using Core Java + Apache Spark, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions
- 5+years' experience in technologies including Hadoop, Spark and Big Data platforms, RBDMS, NoSQL
- Advanced SQL capabilities are required. Knowledge of database design techniques and experience working with extremely large data volumes is a plus
- Teradata is preference but experience in any other RDBMS technology would suffice, Snowflake is plus
- Advanced experience in ETL and data wrangling using language Java
- Experience in Agile SDLC, JIRA, Bitbucket/Git, AWS ECS is plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor and a tech lead
- Experience in implementing successful projects
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Experience in writing JUNIT/Mockito test cases.
