We need to get additional profiles for an ITAM role at D&B.  The role is centered on developing the ITAM program, including processes, policies and adopting leading practices on the ServiceNow SAM Pro Platform.  This role is more of a program development role, while needing technical knowledge of SAM pro. Expectations of the role are laid in the graphic below.  In addition, I would emphasize the overall expectation that the individual will be able draw on past experience to drive defining process and overall program.  This would include driving workshops focused on developing the key processes.
