Lead and manage end-to-end hardware and software provisioning projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, procurement, logistics, software deployment) to ensure timely provisioning and deployment of hardware and software.
Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success.
Manage the deployment of hardware provisioning tools such as NFC dashboards, hardware catalog admin portals, and shipping centers.
Oversee OS imaging processes and software deployment systems like MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
Ensure successful deployment and integration of provisioning systems and processes with other IT systems.
Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring clear communication of goals, timelines, and milestones.
Track and report project progress, issues, risks, and resolutions to senior leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
