·        Relevant IT work experience 10 or more years
·        A minimum of 5 years of Pega senior development experience after certification
·        A minimum of 3 years of Java EE experience.
·        A minimum of 5 years DB2, SQL or other database integration experience.
·        Certification in AWS or experience preferred.
·        Broad understanding of enterprise-wide application landscape.
·        Ability to debug production issues working with different teams.
·        Solid experience with Pega business process modeling
·        Solid experience with functional design and development
·        Minimum 5 years’ experience with Agile Methodology.
