JOB DETAIL

1. Documentation & Process Improvement:

o Review, refine, and improve existing documentation to enhance clarity, structure, and accessibility.

o Develop and maintain standardized templates for internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, and documentation.

o Create a repository of templates for project presentations, status updates, and proposals to ensure branding alignment.

2. Communication Templates:

o Design and implement communication templates for various business functions, including project updates, client communications, and internal newsletters.

o Ensure all communication templates align with the company's branding guidelines and messaging standards.

3. Branding and Visual Consistency:

o Work closely with the branding team to ensure all templates, presentations, and documents reflect the company’s brand identity.

o Apply consistent visual and style standards across all templates and documents.

4. Purchase Order & Skill Management:

o Manage purchase order processes, tracking approvals, and maintaining records of supplier interactions.

o Develop a streamlined system to manage and document skills for internal resource allocation and project assignments.

5. Project Management:

o Oversee and support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery and resource alignment.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project milestones, track progress, and adjust timelines when needed.

6. Data Analysis & Power BI Reporting:

o Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for business improvement and project evaluation.

o Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for key metrics to support decision-making and project tracking.

o Present findings and insights to stakeholders using data visualization to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, documentation, and process improvement.

• Proficiency in creating and optimizing templates for various business functions.

• Strong skills in branding, visual consistency, and design principles.

• Experience managing purchase orders and understanding procurement processes.

• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, with advanced Power BI skills for reporting and visualization.

• Strong communication skills and ability to create professional, branded communications.

• Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
