Ensure efficient, predictable agile iteration cycles and processes through collaboration with product management and technology teams.
Facilitates and supports all agile scrum events: Iteration Planning, Standup, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Communicate project status, risks and issues to team, partners, and stakeholders.
Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Guides and coaches delivery teams on all facets in the execution of Agile practices and principles.
Fosters commitment to achieve a high performing, self-managing team by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching, techniques, and improvement opportunities.
Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicate effectively, both internally and externally of the team.
Works with Scrum Team, as well as partners and stakeholders, to influence decision making and support of team health and value delivery.
Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
Works with Agile coaches, other Scrum Masters, and Product Delivery Managers to grow within the role.
Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices across portfolios in the organization.
