Minimum of 4 years of IAM maintenance experience, including Active Directory.
5+ years of industry experience developing, customizing, and troubleshooting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) workflows, rules, and custom connectors using BeanShell, Java, XML, and SQL.
Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Practical experience with agile software development and continuous integration processes.

Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, role management, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
Experience developing API services for access policies, access requests, and application integrations.
Proven experience in designing and developing workflows, forms, and reusable components within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN).
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and SQL, with a solid understanding of relational databases.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business users and address enhancement requests.
