Understands technical issues related to updates and changes in both BenefitPoint and Salesforce.
Assists with preparing meeting materials and packages for client meetings.
Coordinates semi-annual department statewide meetings and quarterly service intern trainings.
Leads the EB Survey creation, revision and completion Manages design, development and maintenance of survey database.
Works closely with IT and Marketing departments.
Supports the EB team as needed.
Sets up and maintains system users on all Employee Benefit department technology platforms.
Trains newly hired staff members on department related technology platforms (live or via WebEx) develops curriculum and other training related documentation.
Works with senior management to promote user adoption on all platforms.
Works with external consultants/offshore teams on system enhancements.
Implements and integrates third-party products to enhance system performance.
Coordinates user acceptance testing on system enhancements.
Conducts quarterly continuity audits on all Employee Benefit department technology platforms.
Gathers and documents project requirements needed for implementing new processes for Employee Benefit department technology platforms.
