JOB DETAIL

  • 12+ years of experience in architecting handling large/medium size SFDC implementation projects 
  • Mandatory experience on Sales, Service and Community cloud 
  • Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch. 
  • Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.  
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript, HTML and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions. 
  • Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution. 
  • Experienced in regional Salesforce rollouts understanding the potential and limitations of Salesforce 
  • Able to strategize, plan and execute application release based on the business priorities 
  • Able to manage technical team prioritizing the deliveries as per project objectives 
  • Should be hands on and should drive best practices on platform development 
  • Should have hands on experience of at least 3 plus on lightning 
  • Should enforce best design and salesforce config/coding practices with the team 
  • Should be proficient in designing and building solution in salesforce technologies in declarative
  • Should be proficient in application data migration, integration, and reporting 
  • Good understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong debugging skill towards integrated application 
  • Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies 
  • Identify and mitigate solution, design, or technical risk at early stage 
  • Perform design reviews and own the technical build for the complete project. 
  • One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud) 
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal cross-functional organizations and customers 
  • Highly preferred to have Salesforce certifications –Certified System Architect, Certified Application Architect , Certified Technical Architect
