JOB DETAIL

  • Project Management expertise to develop and drive best practices for Enterprise projects or programs

• Deep understanding of healthcare payer, including claims processing, enrollment, billing and regulatory compliance. \

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, must have go-getter attitude, should be

  smart and strong with bringing open items to closure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and state-specific requirements.

• The role requires driving day to day tasks, setting of attainable corporate forecasts within funding and resourcing constraints and then working towards

  meeting them.

• Will be responsible for overseeing a team of finance analysts alongside the current finance manager that works on execution, logging and tracking of

  resource & finance related activities.

• Proven ability to work with software development teams to resolve technical challenges that could impact project delivery.

• Responsible for coordination across business, technology, and other key stakeholders to drive key decision making across efforts.

• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence at the various levels of the organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

• Deep understanding of technologies, trends, and best practices.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives in a complex, regulated environment.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product management.
